Firm Foundation

Firm Foundation is designed to deepen your understanding of Pilates principles, refine technique, and strengthen movement patterns for better mobility and control. Building on the Introductory Class, it focuses on alignment, breath, core engagement, and precision.
This is a great class for all members looking to strengthen their Pilates fundamentals – whether you're just starting out or refining your technique for more advanced practice.
Essential Strength
Difficulty level: Beginner-Intermediate
For the new to pilates girlies who want to become stronger and work on stability.
Learn how to work on your core, shoulder and hip stabilisers.
Active Mobility
Difficulty level: Beginner-Intermediate
Time to work on your flexibility and mobility – learn to improve your range of motion to relieve muscle tension and stress.
*Please note one Introductory Class is required before you can enroll in the Essential Strength, Active Mobility classes and Firm Foundation class.
