Agnes's Pilates journey began during her recovery from a spine injury, an experience that continues to shape how she approaches movement today. Alongside Reformer Pilates, she also practices Yoga and Barre, and teaches private sessions on equipment such as the Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel, giving her a well-rounded and technical foundation. Agnes enjoys gently nudging students beyond their comfort zones. Expect steady burns, intentional movement, and plenty of reminders to breathe through the tougher moments. When she is not teaching, you will likely find Agnes on her mat or reformer, enjoying Hot Yoga or a solid Reformer or Mat Pilates session.
